Background

"D. Lipatti" Fine Arts high-school is one of the several of this kind in the country. We have never had VET Erasmus projects or any Erasmus involving learning experience for students. The school's management plan targets improvement of schools educational offer and of opportunities for its students to enhance their future educational and professional evolution. An experienced teacher was identified to write a project as a volunteering work for school. 4 main needs were identified regarding students' education: entrepreneurship, career guidance and success, educational offer and motivation for education, international learning experience. Based on these needs, the project was written and its objectives were set. The project also reaches the national priority on secondary schools that did not receive funding for Erasmus VET mobility.
