Background

The Erasmus+ mobility VET project "EUROPEAN CAREER FOR THE FUTURE" was based on the needs analysis at the level of the curricular area Technologies from the PAS 2018-2022 strategic document, which highlighted: the low level of initial training of students in the fields of Electricity, Environmental Protection, Electro mechanics, the chronic absenteeism rate and school dropout, the small number of partnerships with local economic agents and European Erasmus+ partnerships. The area of origin of the students represents poor families with minimal income. The project contributed to ensuring the quality of educational services through the internationalization of the school, the adaptability of the educational offer to the demand in the labor market to the development of UE partnership to increase professional performance through practical activities in European companies, created equal training opportunities, increased the integration capacity in the working environment, to increase access to IPT and the degree of inclusion in education, to increase by at least 10% the number of students who obtain European certificates of professional competences. The project took place between 01/09/’21-01/09/’22 VET mobility in Spain for 30 trainees
