Dunarea de Jos University of Galati (accronym UDJG) designed (and achieved) the following objectives: a) SMS/SMP: to develop general and transversal competences; to improve practical knowledge and general performance; interpersonal, multilinguistic and multicultural experiences. b) STA/STT: to increase the quality of the teaching process by supporting the academics' need to exchange expertise and good practices; to stimulate the interest to initiate and participate in research projects or projects for strategic partnership and capacity building in higher education; to raise awareness of the importance of increasing capacity for effective curricula design; to improve overall performance, and teaching competence and expertise; to raise quality of administrative services.
