The implementation of this project led to the improvement of the curriculum, the increase of international connectivity, the creation of new and solid partnerships, the improvement of academic practices, the acquisition of good practices and innovative methods used in the teaching, learning and evaluation process. The mobility of individuals and the development of useful skills in society are among the key objectives of our institution’s development policies. Thus, the main goal of the implementation of this mobility project was to improve cooperation, to carry out the students’ and staff number of mobilities provided in the contract (achieving the quantitative objectives), which led to the internationalization of the study programs that our institution runs, to encourage innovation and development, to digitize and modernize the educational and training process, to create an inclusive training environment (achieving the qualitative objectives), all these elements being, of course, found in the priorities established and assumed in the Erasmus Charter for the period 2021-2027, but also in the academy’s internationalization strategy.
