The qualitative objectives of the project were: improving the skills of the participants in the training mobilities, a wider understanding of the practices, policies, education systems of the countries participating in the mobilities, a greater international openness within our university, a better understanding and ability to adapt to linguistic, cultural, social and gender diversity, professional and career development, improving linguistic and digital skills, increasing participants' motivation and satisfaction in everyday life. Regarding the quantitative objectives, we benefited from funding to realize 4 SMS mobilities, one STA and 2 STT mobilities, and we achieved 5 STT mobilities.
