Overall, the objectives of implementing this project were to increase the level of internationalisation and enhance the international visibility of the university, to develop and strengthen the network of international partners, and to boost international cooperation through student and staff mobilities. Through the specific activities organised, the Romanian-American University aimed to: provide its students with mobility opportunities for study or traineeship abroad; organise teaching and training mobilities for its own staff; facilitate the personal and professional development of participants through mobilities; enhance the quality of the teaching process through content modernisation and curriculum internationalisation; encourage the collaborations in research and other types of projects; attract professors from partner universities or business specialists to the Guest Courses program; increase the number of incoming mobilities to strengthen the "internationalization at home" process; ensure the quality of implementation and compliance with the ECHE principles in organising mobilities. Achieving these objectives contributed to the modernisation of the educational process.
