The Erasmus program has generated several changes in the academic results obtained at international level in. The academic performance of an university is supported by international cooperation activities. Teaching and staff training mobilities are a way to provide the opportunity to offer the development of human resources through these exchanges of international experience. At the international level, there is a growing demand for mobility, but also for the diversification of the existing offer by supplementing it with new financing opportunities. The new program cycle offers many more possibilities by integrating the green component, intensive programs and short-term mobilities. Even if there were some implementation difficulties generated by the fact that we are working with something new, most of the problems were fast solved. The new offer was very quick adapted by the universities, by the potential beneficiaries, etc. Through this project we had as objective the increasing of the number of mobilities and a better diversification of the offer. The objective was well received by the UBB beneficiaries considering the large number of beneficiaries for BIPs, short mobilities and the BIP programs organized.
