Erasmus Program, by its actions implemented in our university, the most important being Action one, represented by individual mobility for students and academic staff is a very important part of the internationalization strategy of our university. The place occupied by Erasmus designed for students and academic staff in all the activities which lead to the institutional development is a strategic as it offers to its participants, students and staff the possibility to develop professional competencies, improve communication skills and of course language knowledge. The complex dimension the Projects has because of its opportunities it offers and the possibility to be more aware of the realities around us linked to the environment , social life which may lead to new opinions, finding solutions and change of attitude determine its highest importance among the students within the university. as it is easy to access it and also offers funding. The aim of the project is professional and personal development addressed to all members of the university. Another goal is the possibility to offer quality teaching methods related to actual needs and the possibility for students to have better paid jobs.
