The project aimed to strengthen collaboration between higher education institutions with a musical profile by facilitating the exchange of students, teachers, and administrative staff, as well as by developing knowledge, teaching methods, and international research. On one hand, we wanted to expand collaborations with current partners and encourage new connections, contributing to the development of an identity and understanding of our institution's values and the impact that internationalization can have on the academic community. Emerging in the context of the pandemic, the project brought new challenges, such as being implemented alongside other mobility projects (2020, 2022) and introducing new actions: BIP, online mobilities, and working with the new BM platform. We aimed to understand the new mechanisms and utilize them appropriately to successfully overcome the challenges brought by the period during which this project was implemented.
