In the framework of this mobility project, the "I.L. Caragiale" National University of Theatre and Film in Bucharest aimed to increase the number of beneficiaries of the Erasmus+ program, so that the Erasmus+ Office succeeded in fully absorbing the funds, even after our university was approved for additional funding beyond the initially contracted amount. We were pleased by the interest shown by students in the Erasmus+ program, aiming to enrich their linguistic and intercultural knowledge and skills, especially after the pandemic period, when travel was greatly affected. At the same time, another objective of our university was the internationalisation of the curriculum, by integrating the international perspective into study programs, as well as encouraging transnational collaboration in research and university education. The Erasmus+ Office focused on ensuring equal access to the program's benefits for the entire academic community, regardless of socio-economic background, while also contributing to the promotion of European values and the sense of belonging to Europe.
