The Erasmus mobility project is part of the University's internationalization plan that aims to develop and increase the number of mobility abroad for students and teachers. The development of Erasmus type mobility follows several aspects: - the access of a larger number of students of all the 4 faculties of the university to the mobility program - increasing the number of students who benefit from Erasmus study and placement mobility program - increasing the academic performance of the participants - offering the possibility to know other medical systems with the facilitation of the organization of the future professional career in the medical field - personal development of participants by exposure to other cultures, customs with increasing adaptability to new situations and improving tolerance towards others - teachers' access to teaching and training mobility program - increasing the number of teachers participating in such mobilities - facilitating the creation of academic and research partnerships - facilitating the organization of consortia for application to various research projects - facilitating the publication of research results.
