Due to the implementation of the Erasmus+ programme, the University of Oradea wished to implement all objectives/directives of the European Commission. The main objective was to support professional, educational and personal development of all participants to the programme. Through this project, we envisage reaching a more flexible learning, increasing course options, developing digital skills of students and staff. These activities aim at extending the approach of topics lacking these skills and improving career orientation and organising activities supporting the acquisition of transferable, entrepreneurial and digital skills. We intend to find solution to these shortcomings and inconsistencies by promoting innovative pedagogy, creating and developing new curricula meeting the needs of students, while being relevant for labour market and the needs of society. We also aim to promote and reward excellence in teaching and skills development, including by correlating education with research an innovation, as well as to encourage teaching and learning partnerships with industry.
