Through the project implemented within the action KA131, ASE Bucharest wanted to promote international mobility and increase the internationalization of study programs. In this sense, it was aimed that a large number of students from all faculties and study cycles benefit from mobility, especially in the member countries of the program and in associated third countries. ASE provides a wide range of opportunities, at prestigious universities with specializations compatible with those of ASE, but also partnerships with organizations from the private sector and NGOs to meet the needs of students and PhD students, for study and placement. We also proposed to facilitate staff mobility to partner universities for professional development and the consolidation of inter-institutional relations. We consider that the objectives have been achieved, especially regarding the quality of mobility and the satisfaction of the beneficiaries, even if from a quantitative point of view the effects of the pandemic have been felt on student mobility. For students and staff, this mobility has a significant added value, creating linguistic, multicultural, professional and social skills, increasing "internationalization at home" afterwards.
