The main objective of the 2021-1-RO01-KA131-HED-000011312 project was the exchange of students and teachers with European universities with equivalent or complementary study programs, in order to acquire competences on adapting to new study programmes, internships and teaching techniques as they are carried out at the partner universities. The project has significantly contributed to increasing UTCB's international visibility. The mobilities carried out constituted real bridges between the Romanian education system and various other high-performance education systems, and the participants were integrated without problems in higher education institutions from partners country. The activities carried out within the project also contributed to the fulfillment of one of the main objectives of the Strategic Plan for the internationalization of the university, the increase of the UTCB visibility internally and internationally. UTCB’s participation in the program had a positive impact on students and the academic community, and its continuation in the coming years will certainly bring major professional and cultural benefits to our university.
