Context: Our participation in the Erasmus+ program stems from Agora University's (UAO) desire to modernize and continuously adapt to the current international context. Thus, it aimed to identify partner universities with which a long-term relationship could be established. By becoming part of the program, UAO set out to increase its number of students; to offer enrolled students the opportunity to learn in a new and diverse socio-cultural environment, to encourage students with precarious financial situations to participate in mobilities (through the granted scholarship), and to facilitate the continuous development of teaching and non-teaching staff through mobilities — while also aiding in the institution's development by adopting good practices from partner institutions. Quantitative objectives and results: The realization of 9 student mobilities (5 for studies / 4 for training) — Due to the lack of desire of the students, no available spot was used for student mobilities. Instead, the realization of 14 mobilities for teaching staff was achieved, with one mobility over the contracted number (the initial contract number being 8, with a supplement of funds for another 5).
