Following the Erasmus+ mobility projects KA103 carried out in 2019 and 2020 within "Mihai Viteazul" National Intelligence Academy (ANIMV), the objectives pursued within this mobility project (KA131 2021) derive from the objectives presented in the Erasmus+ Programme Guide for 2021 and those stated at the time of submitting the application for obtaining the Erasmus Charter. Therefore, ANIMV pursued and succeeded in achieving the following objectives: - support the participants in order to improve their skills and competences; - promote diversity, inclusion, equal opportunities and excellence; - improve the international dimension of education and professional training through a better understanding of practices, policies and educational systems in partner countries; - increase the capacity to offer study programs that are better tailored to students' needs; - strengthen the linguistic and cultural skills of the participants; - accelerate the digitization process of learning and teaching for a better adaptation to the requirements of the digital age; - consolidate the previously established partnerships, create new opportunities for training and promote the knowledge accumulated up to now.
