Project implementation is a priority within the University's Internationalization Strategy. This objective was constantly pursued annually, with sustained efforts being made to maintain the capacity to implement Erasmus mobilities. As in previous years, the University faced numerous changes that structurally affected study programs and faculties, as well as the effective capacity to organize mobilities. In this context, the objectives of the KA131-000021583 project aimed at carrying out a number of mobilities adapted to the structure and viable forms of education today, maintaining operational inter-institutional agreements as well as identifying new potential partners with compatible study programs and educational plans; better communication with students and potential master's students interested in the Erasmus program and the identification of new ways of collaboration with current partners, complementary to the Erasmus program. A qualitative objective was represented by maintaining/increasing the motivation of teaching staff to carry out mobilities that contribute in a sufficiently relevant manner to the University's internationalization strategy and cooperation.
