The first year we implemented our initial steps of the Strategic 7 years Erasmus+ plan, we aimed to : GOAL I . Improving organizational capacity and management skills so to better respond to the actual and future interests and needs of CERT’s target groups and improving the competences to operate at international/EU levels in cooperation and sharing of good practices process with partners from other countries including through increased quality in the preparation, implementation, monitoring and follow up of EU/international projects and improved allocation of financial resources. OB 1. Increased capacity for 16 direct and 160 indirect staff beneficiaries to generate modernization, a more dynamic, committed and professional environment and international opening in CERT and partners, a greater understanding and responsiveness to social, linguistic and cultural diversity , higher motivation ,satisfaction and the ability to address the needs of the disadvantaged target groups in daily work. OB 2. Increase the active involvement of 16 direct and 160 indirect staff participants from the local/national/international communities translated in increased support for and promotion of CERT and partners’ social and educational programs, greater understanding of interconnections between formal and non formal education, improved sense of solidarity and responsiveness to societal challenges like natural disasters, pandemic or post-pandemic difficulties. OB 3. Increasing for 10 partners the organizations’ capacity to operate at international level, to plan strategically the professional development of their staff and target groups in relation to individual needs and organizational objectives using more attractive recognized and validated educational tools and EU projects, proving more openness to synergies with organizations active in different social, educational and employment fields . GOAL II. Empower marginalized young through quality, innovation and recognition of youth work in their process of developing foreign language competences, intercultural awareness, self esteem, sense of initiative and entrepreneurship, learning performances, employability and improving career prospects while becoming more better aware of the EU values and more active in the society. OB 1 Empower 88 youth participants from direct target groups in regards with EU values and European Youth Goals: Health and Wellbeing, Sustainable Green Europe, Participation for All, Intercultural and Constructive Dialogue, Employment for All and Digitalization using participatory approach and methods, high quality attractive programs in the line with the needs of the target groups. OB 2. Engage 88 youth participants more actively in the civic and democratic life while focusing on personal, professional, cultural, civic development in regards with intercultural awareness, sense of initiative and entrepreneurship, foreign language competences, self empowerment and self esteem, learning performance in general, employability and improved career prospects.
