We set 4 objectives in 3 main areas for the 7 years of Erasmus+ Accreditation. These areas are connected with the professional network of the youth NGOs, with the professional and personal development of the youth workers/trainers/staff members of the NGOs and the development of the disadvantaged youth. • the first and the third objective can be reached in combination because both are connected with the development of the youth workers: during the 7 years we will develop the soft and hard skills of the youth workers-empowering them to implement longer expedition-based programs and we will enlarge their toolkits and theoretical/practical knowledge about working with groups using non-formal methods • the second objective is to create a strong local and international network of youth NGOs in order to share best practices and working methods and to contribute to the quality youth programs • the fourth objective is to develop the key competencies of disadvantaged youngsters, raise the awareness of the young persons about environmental sustainability and contribute to their inclusion During the first year, we started the work with the network building, then we continued with the development of the youth workers and the development of the young persons. In the first year, we put the focus on the network and on the youth workers, because if they operate and work at a high-quality level then de development of the young generations is ensured. We created the base of an international network composed of 15 organizations from 11 countries and in the upcoming years, we intend to enlarge the network. During the 6 activities organized in the frame of the Erasmus+ program in the first year, we offered the possibility for development for 28 young persons and for 105 professionals.
