What We Achieved by Implementing Our Project The starting point of our project is that every individual living in a society, regardless of gender, should have the right to exist in social, political, educational, cultural, working and artistic life. In this context, individuals who have reached the consciousness of responsible citizenship reveal the educational life, economic level and development level of a society. As a result, as the socio-economic development level of the countries increases, their participation in political life also increases. As a result of the studies, it has been seen that the participation of women in politics increases in countries where the socio-economic level rises and the negativities in the inclusion of young people in decision-making mechanisms are eliminated. In this context, the starting point of our project is raising the awareness of the society on the need to include women more in the management life and the need for people to participate more voluntarily in the studies on this subject. Objectives of Our Project Thanks to the project we implemented, we raised awareness about voluntary participation in studies on the necessity of more inclusion of women in social and political life, the elimination of the sexist roles of men and women, and the equal positioning of women and men in all areas of life. In this sense, we have succeeded in raising awareness that efforts should be supported so that individuals can act with the awareness that gender equality is a necessary phenomenon, and women should have a say in every aspect of society at least as much as men. At the same time, we contributed to raising awareness about the need to increase the support given to social responsibility issues by ensuring that the struggles and difficulties that women experience in order to reach a managerial position as leaders in management are understood by the society. With the activities we implemented in our project, we contributed to raising the awareness of the society that women should have equal educational opportunities and equal rights. We contributed to our participants and target group to raise awareness about the need to increase the support given to the works carried out within the scope of social responsibility. We have achieved our goal of increasing the support given to youth centers through voluntary participation in our efforts to combat sexist roles and discourses regarding the roles and responsibilities of women. Thanks to our dissemination efforts made on social media accounts, we have achieved the visibility of the efforts made to ensure and support women's participation in society and to raise awareness about increasing women's employment.
