Through this project, we wanted to contribute to the education of young people as agents of change regarding environmental issues, turning them into people who are more aware and more involved in this cause. The project tried to combine the needs of young people with the objectives of sustainable development, supporting, at the same time, the climate objectives of the European Union, by promoting ecotourism and sustainable behaviors among young people. The specific objectives planned within the project were: OBJ1: Increasing the level of involvement of the 24 young people in actions to protect the environment, by participating in the ecological activities specific to the project and increasing the level of awareness regarding climate issues, during the mobility period. OBJ2: Changing the consumption habits of the 24 young people by familiarizing them with sustainable tourism methods in the local communities in Romania, Bulgaria and Greece, throughout the duration of the project. OBJ3: Developing the leadership skills of the 24 young people, by sharing their own example of a sustainable behavior approach, promoting ecological practices and ecotourism, with the help of a blog that they will create during the project.
