In the last year, the whole world has been put to the test due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Access to education and training has proven to be, more than ever, fundamental in order to ensure a rapid recovery of the population, while promoting equal opportunities for all. The most vulnerable at this time are people with fewer opportunities. The European Union's inclusion and diversity strategy aims to help address the barriers they face, by improving accessibility for more participants with fewer opportunities, by accessing various personal, socio-educational and professional development programs in Europe and beyond, so that everyone can keep up with the changes. Joining these challenges, APDD came with the project proposal: Opportunities: Involvement, Responsibility, Inclusion (OppIRI,) which brought together 28 youth workers from 7 European countries, the central point being a seminar that took place in Romania. The aim of the project was to discover new strategies of work (good practices, tools and new working methods adapted to the changes, etc.) and apply them in working with young people with fewer opportunities by involving, connecting and empowering them in the current activities of the organizations ( including in activities of participation in a youth exchange project, volunteering and not only). Proposed and realized objectives: 1. Improving, consolidating the existing knowledge and accumulating new knowledge in working with young people with fewer opportunities of 28 youth workers, by participating in all the project activities; 2. Identifying and / or creating new strategies of work (techniques, methods, tools, including digital), useful in working with young people with fewer opportunities, through exchange of good practices and exchange of ideas between 7 organizations from 7 European countries; 3. Involvement, empowerment and connection of min 200 young people with fewer opportunities by attending at a least 10 thematic workshops, in which are applied techniques, methods and tools created during the seminar; 4. Creating a transnational impact by identifying and / or building means of information and putting into practice new methods and tools for working with young people with fewer opportunities by minimum other 10 NGOs. The activities of the Opportunities: Involvement, Responsibility, Inclusion (OppIRI) project were proposed to take place in 2 stages, during 12 months (1.10.2021 - 1.10.2022), the central point being the professional training activity that will take place in the form of a seminar of 10 days (30-07-2022 / 08-08-2022 ) in Romania, in order to consolidate existing knowledge and accumulate new knowledge in working with young people with fewer opportunities of 28 youth workers from 7 countries, followed by a system development activity and information whose purpose was to create open learning resources. The partnership consists of 7 youth organizations from Europe: 1. ASOCIATIA PRO DEZVOLTARE DACIA (APDD) - Romania ; 2. ECOWORLD RHODOPES ASSOCIATION – Bulgaria; 3. EUROSUD - Italy; 4. NETWORK FOR EUROPEAN CITIZENSHIP AND IDENTITY HELLAS (NECI GR) – Greece; 5. STOWARZYSZENIE SZTUKATER (SZTUKATER ASSOCIATION) –Poland; 6. ASSOCIACAO JUVENIL DA ILHA TERCEIRA (AJITER)-Portugal; 7.
