Our kindergarten, the coordinating institution of the project, aims to develop children's desire to learn now and in the future, teaches children usefully manage their skills and protect their own collective health and safety. By participating in this project, preschoolers and teachers in partner schools will develop communication and linguistic skills, social, digital, analytical skills, creative skills and abilities and awareness of environmental issues. By implementing the project, we wanted preschoolers to improve their knowledge, skills and work skills in the field of ecology in order to form a responsible attitude towards the environment, manifested in their educational and local communities; We also do not want to develop a community of responsible children with a strong civic sense by promoting the ecological message, the action supported by virtual mini-lessons on environmental protection and recycling. Both for teaching staff and skills in using Web 2.0 tools (slide, slideshare, slideboom), in order to form a responsible behavior by saving energy and the effective use of the teacher for teaching staff, developing the skills necessary to create. an educational environment that motivates the child in the learning process.
I applied for this project because of the benefits of ecological activities on children and the environment on the one hand, and the fact that it allows the participating organizations to carry out environmental education through the exchange of experience and good practices at the international level, on the other. At the same time, through this project we aimed to make children responsible for the importance of protecting the environment, from an early age, highlighting the skills and attitudes to appreciate and respect the environment through civilized behaviors but also to increase public awareness of the importance of actions ecological. Through this project we will support our teachers and preschoolers to meet their needs for: innovative approach to the educational instructional process regarding the ecological field, effective use of strategies and methods specific to an open pedagogy, finding solutions to combine new technologies and web 2.0 tools for the formation of environmentally responsible behaviors. The project was designed to provide a broad experience of environmental activities in almost all preschool subjects. Places of learning were formal (kindergartens) as well as informal: forests, parks, nature reserves.
