Background

After a SWOT analysis of our schools educational situation, we decided to apply for an Erasmus+ project because in this way we can improve some of weak points discovered in our schools work. The exchange of good practice, common activities between international schools, between international teachers and between students of international schools are necessary for improving the quality of teaching in our schools. Through this project we want to continue the exchange between our school, exchange which started 5 years ago with reciprocal visits. The need we have addressed was: 1. Insufficient integration into the school and extracurricular activities of pupils from disadvantaged social backgrounds: such as students from low-income families, students from single-parent families, students with parents working abroad, students from immigrant families; 2.The modest level of creativity both in the arts and in the interdisciplinary and cross-curricular field; 3.The reduced number of modern teaching strategies applied by teachers at their classes; 4. The modest level of internationalization of the two high schools, from Cluj-Napoca and Rotterdam;
