The main aim of the project was to increase the degree of socio-economic inclusion and personal development (empowerment) of women from rural areas from project partners countries. We totally achieved all the specific planned objectives. We realized the development of knowledge, skills and working procedures within rural women's organizations in the countries of the project partners through co-creating an innovative working method "ABLE" (Curriculum Training and Online Platform MOCC with 15 Modules with self-assessment). We developed the competencies of the 20 coordinators of women's organizations to work through the ABLE Method with 200 women in rural organizations through participation in a training session (LTTA/ 4 days of learning). We realized a personal development of 200 beneficiaries (women from rural areas) through implementing the "ABLE" working methods in rural women's organizations from project partnership countries, and through creating individual life stories (the basis of the book "My Story"). We realized a European awareness of the importance of personal growing and empowerment of women from rural areas from our partnership countries by conducting a permanent dissemination European Campaign.
The ABLE project meets the personal and professional development needs of our learners and constitutes a step forward in the institutional development of each partner. We responded to the development needs of our learners by implementing the activities carried out in the project, by creating the intellectual products of the project (R1, R2, R3), by accessing knowledge of European policies for women, of concepts as: “Work-Life-Balance” and "Purple Economy". We answered the self-esteem needs of our learners by developing the skills of self-expression through Storytelling, through participatory work in the community. The institutional partners in this project have developed their collaboration skills at the European level, they have developed their activities in the community, having a local, national and international impact in the development of a solidary and inclusive Europe. Through the ABLE project we have developed the spirit of active European citizenship, an awareness process that we consider part of a permanent and necessary campaign to preserve democracy in Europe.
