The main aim of the project "Shaping Life: Innovative pathways for a healthy lifestyle in adult education" was to educate adults from different socioeconomic and cultural backgrounds, in order to achieve psychological life skills to develop and implement a healthy lifestyle, even in difficult conditions, as pandemic context and post-crisis period. Our project aimed to offer qualitative support services and psychoeducation and also it was developing a group support methodology in which people can involve actively in helping other people, through sharing their experience and concluding the best strategies that help them to face the difficulties. The needs of adult educators and organisations in this partnership were the need of having concrete selected information for helping adults to cope with difficulties and to have a channel through which they can promote their work and proposed activities as qualitative ones.
