This objective was achieved through the activities of IO1 - mapping the needs of young people and youth workers. 2 Increasing the skills of youth workers from the 4 partner organizations on how to mentor and guide young entrepreneurs. This objective was achieved through the implementation of the Lithuanian LTT in M11. 3 Organization of workshops (capacity trainings) to increase the capacity of young people to start a business. There were 10 workshops, each with at least 20 participants. Background

The BUZZ Social Project had as its topic the growth and encouragement of young people between the ages of 18 and 30 to start their own business and to offer them support in their entrepreneurial activity. The idea of the project came from a PBA in which the 4 partners participated, and together they thought about the flow and results of the Soocial BUZZ project. Also, considering the serious problems faced by Lithuania, Coatia and Turkey regarding the low level of entrepreneurial spirit among young people, they were a solid reason for choosing partners. We started by building the "needs tree" both among the young people from the local community and among the staff of the 4 organizations, this being in direct connection with the "result tree". These were directly related to the chosen priorities. The needs identified at the partnership level were: = low level of entrepreneurial knowledge at the level of young people from organizations and the community = lack of entrepreneurial education tools = low level of competences, including for mentors = the need for entrepreneurial workshops = low level of knowledge regarding financing opportunities = low level of non-formal education
