By implementing the project, we wanted our teachers to improve competencies in the field of inclusion, innovation and digitization of the teaching process. We wanted teachers who participated in mobility activities to gain knowledge and skills in a comprehensive and practical educational guide to inclusion for working with children with special needs: early diagnosis, measurement tools, curricular adaptations, teaching methods adaptation. Teachers familiar with practical, "how know" methods are prepared for adaptation of the teaching process and teaching methods. In this way, we are enable our students better success in language, mathematics, science, but also strengthen the national curriculum with practical tools for educational inclusion of students.Teacher competences improved the quality of teaching in school, enabling students to develop the skills needed to succeed in competent 21st century societies: collaborative skills, problem-solving skills, creativity, emotional intelligence and communication skills. School management has a clearer strategy of inclusion, use of innovations in teaching and internationalization of school staff.
We applied for the project in order to improve or solve the following problems in the Bač Agricultural School: a large number of absences from classes, a large number of ungraded students, weak integration of Roma students and students with disabilities in the educational process, low motivation of students to attend school, underdeveloped skills students for successful competitiveness in the dynamic markets of the 21st century, students' lack of interest in continuing their education. Also, we wanted to solve the problems of teachers, namely: weak competence of teachers for teaching with the use of innovative teaching methods; the lack of a strategic, targeted plan for the inclusion of disadvantaged students and the lack of a clear plan for the internationalization of the institution as a whole. We wanted to improve the key competencies of teachers, school management and the educational results of our students.
