In order to overcome the problems we are facing, our plan is to empower teachers through planned training to share the knowledge gained during the training with their colleagues upon their return. We plan to implement training for teachers The best examples of formal and informal education so that teachers can apply new methods to enable students to socialize, cooperate and progress in an inspiring environment that will encourage not only the development of creativity but also the overall development of personality and talent and help students to realize their full potential and make the school a more stimulating environment and encourage students to be more actively involved in both curricular and extracurricular activities. We also planned training for the development of entrepreneurial skills that will make it easier for them to start and manage a student company, as well as the development of entrepreneurial skills on the one hand, but also the development of different skills in students using games and in that way motivate them to achieve better results. Our school is not located in the city center and many of the contents that exist are not available to our students, so the school is the only place where they can get involved in various extracurricular activities. In addition, the situation with covid has led to the fact that students are insufficiently motivated, so it is necessary to offer them something different in order to encourage them to be more actively involved in the teaching process. In addition, due to the pandemic, we were unable to implement the activities related to the Student Company as planned in the school development plan, and it is necessary to empower the teachers who will be in charge of running it. Also, based on the results of the self-evaluation survey, we came to the conclusion that students and teachers need a more stimulating environment. This is precisely why we have chosen training that will help us empower teachers to get closer to students through various activities and help them to cope with and overcome the problems that have arisen during this year, but also to use informal methods to make the school a more stimulating environment.
