The aim of the mobility is to realize part of the students' practical teaching in practical, realistic conditions of agricultural production and food processing. By implementing the project, our goals were for students to acquire new knowledge and skills in the field of organic production in vegetable growing, animal husbandry, milk and meat processing, and fruit growing. By participating in the project, students should improve and perfect the practical skills and competencies they acquired at school through regular classes, by doing practical classes abroad. This will make them adaptable to the demands of the labor market. Also, participation in mobility will create entrepreneurial skills and attitudes in students. By during work in production, students should strengthen their sense of responsibility and work discipline. Implementation and use of modern ICT technologies in the realization of programs of our educational profiles. Supporting the professional development of teachers through mastering European standards in secondary vocational education and attracting young professionals to work in the education system. Biotechnology School "Šumatovac" in Aleksinac was founded in 1990. The school currently has 226 students aged 15 to 18. It educates students in three- and four-year educational profiles in the field of agriculture, food production and processing. Some of them are: Agricultural Technician, Veterinary Technician, Biotechnology Technician, Horticulture Technician, Baker, Butcher, Operator-Mechanic of Agricultural Machinery, Milk Processor and Food Industry Operator. The school farm covers 60 hectares of arable land. The school has all the necessary machinery for soil cultivation. The school employs 30 teachers and 15 support staff workers. The mission of our school is to educate well-trained and creative young people capable of working in their profession and able to go to further education. Our school provides good opportunities for students to learn about examples of good practice in EU countries, to improve their knowledge and develop entrepreneurial skills. The largest number of our students come from the rural areas of our municipality. Our school has a wide network of institutions in Serbia and abroad, with which it closely cooperates.
