Within this application, we had 3 main goals: 1. Acquiring professional practical knowledge of students in a real work environment, developing complex competencies with personalised talent management. The future of vocational education is creating an efficient transition between education and the world of work. 2. Developing foreign languages and social competences in students. The basic requirement on the international labor market is the development of good oral communication skills and an approach to working in a group. 3. Improving professional practical knowledge of teachers due to current economic and technological challenges, reducing teacher attrition, maintaining motivation. Learning outcome-based education also aims to pay attention to students' individual developmental paths. The teaching career is not easy, many of us experience burnout, so by getting to know new knowledge, cultures, techniques and people, we help reduce this in our school.
Our school is a modern vocational high school where the students are satisfied and the teachers are competent. Our teaching and education methods are based on traditional foundations, but are constantly evolving and expanding with innovation. Over the years, we have sought opportunities that contribute to the development of personal, professional and social skills of our students and employees, new perspectives and countries. We consider it necessary for our institution to develop partnerships with different countries as widely as possible, so we’ve expected from the Erasmus+ project that our school can enter the path of internationalization and participate in many projects and build new relationships over the years. We consider it necessary to be able to bring education closer to the world of work. Reducing the insufficient motivation of students and the rate of early school leaving, because we have to provide students in an unfavorable situation with an alternative way to maintain their interest. - Creating opportunities for our teachers to encounter the latest possible practical techniques that they can incorporate into daily practice and provide an individual development path to reduce teacher burnout.
