Visoka tehnicka skola strukovnih studija Subotica (further referred to by its English name, Subotica Tech – College of Applied Sciences) implemented this project to provide mobility options for students and staff, in line with its internationalization strategy. The primary goal in terms of student mobilities was to ensure that they would gain international study experience and expand their overall academic, professional, and social skill set. This was achieved through using allotted outgoing mobility grants as well as with help of our partner institution, inviting our students to participate in a BIP on a zero-grant by kindly shouldering the travel, accommodation, and food costs. In terms of staff mobilities for teaching, the aim was to enable the participants to broaden their teaching experience and improve the use of professional English in an academic setting, which both directly and indirectly led to increased internationalization at the home institution.
