The project was designed within the framework of the UAB's Internationalisation Strategy, aiming to enhance the international perspectives and intercultural competencies of both students and staff. The objectives were to strengthen existing partnerships, establish new ones, form a robust international network encompassing students, teaching, and non-teaching staff, and broaden opportunities for diverse forms of future international cooperation. The project sought to facilitate high-quality academic exchanges, fostering the exchange of knowledge, methodologies, and contemporary artistic practices on an international scale. Staff mobility for teaching aimed to familiarise professors with European educational systems, expose them to diverse teaching methodologies, and equip them with competencies for further internationalizing the curriculum at the University of Arts. Staff mobility for training focused on the exchange of best practices, knowledge transfer, and enhancing the use of digital tools. For students, the mobility experience was aimed at broadening their horizons, exploring new artistic practices, and developing both personal and professional competencies, preparing them for careers at national and international levels.
