The primary goal of project implementation was to increase the international competence of employees and students. Also, the goal was to deepen cooperation with partner institutions, continue the internationalization of ATSSB and enable additional professional development of our students and employees. With the international orientation of employees, it is easier to participate in international networks of higher education that unite joint research and implementation of innovation projects that would be aimed at global challenges such as: sustainable development, climate change, renewal of energy sources, poverty, etc. Increasing the number of international students and teachers is recognized as one of the key goals of internationalization in order to increase the quality of teaching, but also the diversity of the student and teaching population. Given that the selected partner institutions are complementary to the Academy in terms of study programs and organizational structure, by participating in the Erasmus+ program, the Academy strives to strengthen the exchange of experience, knowledge and examples of good practice.
