Through the implementation of the project our institution wanted to enhance its international cooperation with other educational institutions in order to enhance the quality of education that we are providing to our students and to allow our students to acquire new knowledge and new perspectives that are offered by professionals from other institutions and cultures. Through enabling students participation in mobility projects we hope to improve their intercultural understanding and skills, awareness of larger social issues and participation in a democratic society, motivate them to perfect their foreign language skills and motivate them to learn new foreign languages, acquire new skills and knowledge that they can pass on to their colleagues that did not have an opportunity to go on a mobility and spark meaningful discussions on relevant topics. The additional knowledge, skills and experiences will make their transition to the labor market more successful. The chance to more meaningfully include students with fewer opportunities provides them with a meaningful experience and helps more educational actors become aware of the issue.
