The implementation of this project had a few objectives. At the very core stands the internalization. This project of mobility of teaching staff and students was supposed to upgrade the international dimension of our institution. Signing the Inter-Institutional Agreements with other universities makes not only the basis for teacher and student exchange but also the basis for further cooperation with them on several levels including joint study programs, organization of conferences, publishing scientific papers, organizing various seminars and workshops, and finally creating opportunities for future mutual projects. Besides that, this project was to enable teaching staff to upgrade their professional biographies by having the opportunity to teach at some other, foreign, university and exchange both theoretical and practical knowledge and experience with their colleagues. And for students, this exchange program was to offer them not only a possibility of studying in some other country and gaining new knowledge and experiences, but also a possibility of cultural exchange with their peers. This way, they would spend some time in multicultural surroundings, building up on their knowledge of foreign languages and different cultures.
