The primary objective of participating in and implementing this project is to execute the adopted internationalization strategy of the Novi Sad School of Business (NSSB). This strategy primarily focuses on developing professionals who can compete effectively in the European labor market. Through the implementation of this project, NSSB aims to enhance, extend, and establish collaborations with higher education institutions, business organizations, and international scientific and professional organizations in the region and Europe. The overarching goal is to strengthen the educational, scientific, research, and professional capabilities of students and employees. This will be achieved by facilitating the exchange of knowledge, skills, and experiences. The project's aim is to develop and improve study programs in alignment with European standards and the latest advancements in teaching and science. This will be accomplished through collaboration and the exchange of best practices with organizations in Europe. This will be achieved by transferring acquired knowledge and promoting the experiences of mobility participants, fostering a unique European identity, especially among young people.
