The Erasmus+ KA103 programme offers unique opportunities for learning and knowledge-sharing with a focus on the European integration process. In 2022 KMH developed a long-term policy for Internationalisation as a complement to the Vision and Goals document at KMH. The policy for internationalisation was implemented at KMH to put the focus on internationalisation in general and the ECHE as well as the importance of exchanging ideas and experiences in the European union, in our case, through music, to increase the quality of education and research. KMH:s long-term policy stresses that student and staff exchanges should increase during 2021-2027 through greater marketing efforts, information meetings and revision of the website as well as through internationalisation at home and short mobilities. The objectives of the project at KMH are to include the internationalisation aspect in a strategic manner in all areas at KMH through staff and mobility exchange, information and marketing efforts and through strengthened collaboration with some of KMH core partners such as the Sibelius Academy in Helsinki.
