Objectives

Erasmus+ KA131 mobility for students, faculty and staff provides a unique opportunity for learning and knowledge-sharing with a focus on the European integration process. The objectives of the project can be described as twofold: to give individual students and staff increased international experience and training, and to strengthen the institution's capacity for international cooperation. This is done primarily through professional training, the development of best practices and international networking with European educational institutions. Following this, the university has decided on three-year action plans for internationalisation. The latest action plan is valid for 2021-2024 and is based on the university's Development Plan 2020-2024 where the benefits of increased mobility for students and staff are highlighted. Erasmus+ KA131 continues to play an important role in implementing the university's internationalisation strategy. The overall purpose of these activities is to enhance the quality of education further and to prepare students and staff alike for work in an international setting in a way that will further enhance their understanding of global challenges and the European integration process.
