For this project we had established and reached the following objectives: - to cultivate competencies of 15 adult staff from 3 countries in working with adults with fewer opportunities - to build up competences of 15 adult staff from 3 countries in using innovative approach and tools in adult education - to build up the capacity of 15 organizations in using Erasmus+ as a tool for supporting adult learners’ competence development - to increase the capacity of 15 organizations in operating transnationally in the context of adult education
We have applied for this project in order to invest in our organizational capacity regarding adult education projects and activities. We have already gained good capacity in working in the youth sector, but willing to take the next step into Adult education field, we have observed that we lack competences in working with adult education and the Erasmus+ chapter regarding this. The project was a mutual collaboration with reliable partners of ours in order to commonly cultivate competences for our staff regarding educational approached in adult education, transnational cooperation and Erasmus+ project management in adult education projects. These areas were the most stressing issues that we needed to address in order to enrich our educational offer. By the general capacity build up in our organisations, we have addressed our interest in investing in our communities, by enlarging the scope of our activities related to culture and education.
