In today's world, where migration and immigration are more widespread and possible than ever before, the main challenge that comes with this concept is the lack of employment opportunities for these disadvantaged people. Migrants who have managed to reach and reside in the host country must adapt and make a living there. Among this group, especially women are exposed to more discrimination due to gender inequality among the societies and work sectors. There are many important qualities that women migrants, who are discriminated against because they are women, who are not hired, and who are subjected to discriminatory pressures even if they are hired, need to be more assertive and decisive in the labour market. Considering all these reasons and needs, we applied to the STEP UP project to provide them with the opportunity to gradually increase their employability opportunities and employability skills, transversal competencies, communication skills, teamwork, self-confidence, innovation ability, sustainability thinking, and to raise their awareness about the importance of lifelong learning opportunities.
