Education programs for vulnerable groups such as migrants were offered 99% face-to-face, which showed a challenge for trainers after Covid-19. The importance of online education emerged, also showing that vulnerable gorups are less likely to participate in online learning. Hence, there is a need to adapt online teaching to new methodologies, and to have a better use of technology, both for trainers and students. There is also a need for trainers to not only learn new methods and tools, but learn how to adopt these approaches for the vulnerable groups in their teaching. Trainers today, can not afford to only focus on students access to learning, but also need to be able to facilitate social and collaborative interaction. This to ensure students are emotionally connected and engaged in the learning process, and see the use of it. There is a need for trainers to organize their teaching differently, focus on the online modality rather than face-to-face, use innovative ways that combine synchronous and asynchronous learning, using and adapting a variety of digital tools, engaging and evaluating students online, structuring of blended learning, and interact with students on a more personalized basis, focusing on their specific needs.
