Based on our needs and opportunities assessment, we set our general objective to cultivate competences and increase the quality of youth work in our organizations through the Erasmus+ 2021-2027 program. In order to achieve this, we established the following objectives: Improved competences in using Nonformal education for 14 youth workers from 4 different countries. Enhanced capacity of 14 youth workers in working with disadvantaged groups of young people. Cultivated and strengthened the competences of 14 youth workers in using Erasmus+ as a tool for youth support and social transformation. Increased the capacity of transnational cooperation in the field of youth work for 4 different organizations. Consolidated a support community between different organizations and youth workers from 4 countries. By accomplishing these objectives, the participants improved their competences in working with youth. Using the learning outcomes derived from these objectives, youth workers will be able to better meet the needs and interests of youth, supporting their personal development. Furthermore, youth workers will be better equipped to support the implementation of quality youth projects in Erasmus+ with real benefits to the young people and communities alike.
