Objectives

In pursuit of solving the identified needs of adult members, through the implementation of the project we wanted to improve the following five areas for the benefit of our training participants: - TO ENCOURAGE SOCIAL INCLUSION THROUGH THE PROMOTION OF THE ERASMUS+ PROGRAM and promote opportunities for education and the development of intercultural dialogue and the integration of minorities. - TO IMPROVE THE MOTIVATION OF ADULT MEMBERS OF MINORITIES AND THEIR LEARNING OPPORTUNITIES with acquired new methods and approaches to education and teaching. - IMPROVE THE KNOWLEDGE AND COMPETENCES OF THE EDUCATIONAL STAFF of the organization for more targeted and effective education of adult minority members. - DEVELOP INTERNATIONAL AND REGIONAL MINORITY partnerships and strengthen the international network of organizations for the exchange of good practices, joint initiatives and new projects in the common field of work, - IMPROVE THE INSTITUTIONAL SKILLS OF THE ORGANIZATION AND THE NEEDS OF THE EDUCATIONAL STAFF by increasing learners' learning opportunities and mechanisms for members' quality education.

Background

Since 2019, Zavod Burja has been implementing staff mobility projects in non-formal education for members of ethnic minorities. Under the current development strategy, we are pursuing some problem areas, which we highlight in the context of operations and actual needs. We are a relatively young organization, founded in 2016, which is just getting its footing on the map of its activities in the field of non-formal AE. Regardless, we are recording constant growth in our operations domestically and by strengthening our international activities. We have successfully implemented a few projects of various local and European programmes. This mainly concerns the programmes of the European Social Fund, former Europe for Citizens (now CERV) and Erasmus+, within which we implemented or are still implementing both mobility and cooperative partnership projects. The Future Perspectives of Knowledge mobility project is a logical upgrade of two previous well-executed mobility projects, New and Other Perspectives of Knowledge, for which we were labelled as an example of good practice. In the meantime, we also obtained Erasmus accreditation in AE, with which we continue to carry out staff mobility and strengthen key areas of operation.
