The long-term strategic goals and educational work of the Waldorf School Ljubljana are designed to encourage the education of successful, satisfied and internationally competitive individuals. To this end, the school pays close attention to the continuous professional and personal development of staff, especially through the regular training of both experienced and new teachers and special pedagogues. They must regularly acquire new methodological and pedagogical knowledge and ideas that will contribute to a general, transversal increase of the quality of the educational process. However, since the Waldorf School Ljubljana is an educational institution, in addition to education, its main goal is also to equip the individual with appropriate personal and social competencies that encourage cooperation and inclusiveness. The corona crisis has also brought a new challenge of improving distance teaching skills. The project was created to contribute to to the challenges highlighted above.
