We highlighted three goals: 1. EMPOWERMENT OF TEACHERS We want to empower teachers to teach at a distance so that they strengthen digital competencies and sovereignly use digital tools. 2. LEARNING APPROACHES, METHODS AND FORMS OF WORK Equip teachers with learning approaches, methods, and forms of work for distance teaching. Prepare examples of good practices and encourage cooperation and exchange. 3. LIFELONG LEARNING OF TEACHERS The willingness of teachers to continuously educate themselves and realize how important this is for a quality pedagogical process.
Globalization and technological development are changing the way of teaching, the recent corona pandemic has only reinforced this fact. It is extremely important to empower the teacher for teaching and learning in the digital age, and it is especially necessary to encourage them to constantly attend seminars that strengthen the development of digital competencies so that they will be able to use digital tools and various didactic approaches and strategies confidently. The teachers assessed their distance teaching skills as lacking, they have problems with the sovereign use of digital tools and they do not have adequate didactic approaches and strategies. The very use of digital tools causes them problems, for this reason, the concern for communication recedes into the background, which in turn reduces the students' motivation to learn. Our great desire was to equip all teachers with a range of digital tools, learning approaches, methods, and forms of work. Participants in the project attended structured courses abroad and in this way, through communication with other participants, they were able to learn about good practices (or mistakes) in dealing with the epidemic in the field of education in other European countries.
