The College of Rural Management Grm Novo mesto is the holder of the ECHE charter. Given that our public institution is the youngest in Slovenia and has only been active for a year in terms of full-time studies, and thus had a small scope of planned and implemented Erasmus+ activities, it implemented the mobility of students and employees participating in the implementation of the Erasmus+ project and in various project activities. With the project, we wanted to pursue the goal of developing a wide international network working in the field of our education. The development of comparable educational programs of tertiary education is an indirect goal that we can follow through the expansion of the network. The college is particularly concerned about the transfer of information and experience, and for cooperation between employees and students. Colleagues share experiences of international mobility with other colleagues (formally and informally). This is done through a presentation during the lectures, as part of the Introductory Day at the beginning of the studies. The aim of employee mobility is to transfer their experience to the improvement of their own teaching and research work and to contribute to the development.
