By implementing the project, FIS intended to enhance the involvement of students and academic staff. With the project, the faculty intended to expand its presence in the intercultural contexts. The involvement of our faculty in the Erasmus+ program is extremely important for a relatively small faculty as ours, while enabling us to strengthen the cooperation between higher education institutions and the labor market and improving the quality of higher education. It also increases our flexibility in the educational process by providing new opportunities for individuals, expands the network of participating institutions at the faculty and consequently gains new opportunities for research and development. It also enable the exchange of practices, innovations and implementation of new project ideas within the international networks. By that, the faculty acquires new learning and teaching methods, and integrates the best practices into pedagogical activities and research process. It also increases the quality of professional competences and encourage creativity, improves foreign languages skills, strengthens multicultural understanding, promote our institution, and increases motivation and satisfaction in daily work.
