The vision of the FEP is to become a leading Slovenian higher education institution in the field of education and transfer of (applied) knowledge in environmental sciences, which will be internationally recognised, open and follow quality assurance and internationalisation goals/guidelines. Our graduates, learning from practical experience, are well qualified, in demand and well employable in the global labour market in organisations and companies developing environmental solutions and products and solving environmental challenges using future technologies/services. Because environmental concerns are global and recognizing that progress in environmental protection can only be achieved through global collaboration, the faculty's activities are also globally oriented. International cooperation can best be achieved through the implementation of Erasmus+ programmes and the promotion of Erasmus+ mobility. Thus, the mission of the FEP is to promote the mobility of students, higher education teachers and staff and to network internationally in order to improve knowledge, implement joint programmes and projects and improve the employment opportunities of students at home and abroad.
