We implement project in accordance with the general objectives of the program and the Internationalization Strategy of DOBA Faculty. We implemented 5 mobilities: 4 student practical mobilities and 1 staff training mobility. Originally, we had planned 3 student mobilities and 2 staff mobilities, but due to student interest, we decided to reallocate the funds. Our goals were as follows: successful execution of approved mobilities (with proper recognition of activities after completion of mobility), enhancement of competencies and knowledge of mobility participants, knowledge transfer to other students and teachers/staff, promotion of the benefits of international experiences, acquisition of new international contacts, agreements for participation in international projects and virtual mobility projects, increasing the visibility of DOBA Faculty, establishing new agreements, and strengthening existing collaborations with international partners. These goals were achieved. We only wish to realize mobilities for study abroad purposes (student interest exists, but they ultimately decide against it). To monitor the results, we have predefined indicators for satisfaction, competencies acquired, and publications.
